Sharpen your skewers and come join the event!
Bring a friend with you — or, even better, bring several! This event is all about enjoying a good time and spending time with friends and loved ones. The event will take place at Visaginas Camping.

All you need to bring is your pre-marinated shashlik.

The charcoal for cooking is provided by our friends at KAMADO BONO.

A professional in the field, Vadimas, will share his knowledge and practical tips on cooking meat over hot coals.

For those who would like to compete in the championship according to professional judging rules, you will need to:

1. Prepare at least two skewers of your signature shashlik (the minimum amount required for the judging panel).
2. Cook and present your signature dish to the judges.
3. That's it!

Championship judging

Three criteria will be evaluated, each with a different weighting:

1. Appearance — 20%
   The overall appearance and presentation of the dish.
2. Taste — 30%
   Saltiness, seasoning and the balance of flavours.
3. Texture — 50%
   The doneness of the meat, whether it is overcooked, dry, etc.
