Shashlik lovers, food enthusiasts and everyone who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends — you are invited to the Shashlik Festival at Kornealita campsite!

This special event will bring together great company, delicious meat cooked over hot coals, practical cooking knowledge, a friendly competition and live music. We welcome not only those who want to compete for the title of Best Shashlik, but also spectators who simply want to enjoy a fun and relaxed afternoon.

During the festival, professional chef and barbecue expert Vadimas will share his experience of cooking meat over hot coals, explain the secrets of great shashlik and offer practical tips for achieving the perfect result.

Want to compete for the title of Best Shashlik?

Participants simply need to prepare at least two skewers of their signature shashlik, cook them during the festival and present them to the judging panel.

The entries will be evaluated according to three main criteria:

• Appearance – 20%
• Taste – 30%
• Texture – 50%

It is not only about presentation and seasoning. The most important factor will be perfectly cooked, juicy and tender meat.

Charcoal for the competition will be provided by our friends at KAMADO BONO, and the best participants will receive prizes!

A festival for everyone

You don't have to compete to be part of the festival. Come with your family, friends or loved ones, enjoy the atmosphere, meet other shashlik enthusiasts and watch the competition unfold.

The event will be hosted by Modestas Stumbrys.

And once the competition is over, the celebration will continue with a live music evening.
