Who can participate?

Individuals of any age who wish to sell, trade, or give away used personal items (books, records, clothing, household items, decorative items, jewelry, etc.).
What are the conditions?
1. You must set up your own sales area. Be creative—use the stairs, the outdoor stage, or the lawn; bring folding tables or chairs. Be resourceful, but keep things tidy!
2. You may only trade, sell, or give away your personal items or the results of your hobbies. Food and beverages may not be sold. We will not allow commercial resellers to participate in the flea market, as there are already markets, fairs, and shopping centers for them.
3. Prices must be reasonable! People come to the flea market to find “treasures” at attractive prices, browse vintage items, or save money. If the price of a used or unwanted item is close to the price of a new item in a store, buyers will simply walk right by.
4. Smoking is prohibited at the flea market location.
Participation fee: 3 EUR (payment due after registration confirmation).
Why are we asking for this? To ensure the flea market can take place legally, we’ve taken care of the formalities—we submitted an application to the Visaginas Municipality for a permit to sell in a public place and paid a 60-euro local fee out of our own pocket. Your €3 participation fee helps cover these expenses and compensates for the time spent on organizational work.
